Pursuing the growth and nourishment of your soul is the most worthwhile venture you can pursue in this lifetime.Outside of Mass on Sunday, a surprising number of what many would call "engaged" Catholics have no other meaningful interactions with the spiritual life.
But the Faith is so much deeper than you could possibly experience by just sitting in the pews. If you want to experience faith like few people do, you have to do things that most people won't. And that starts with spiritual reading!
Our mission at RED-C is to help families integrate Catholic teaching into the context of daily life. To help keep us on-mission and in-line with the Church, we seek out spiritual direction on a regular basis.
In particular, we have two ordained deacons we lean on heavily: Deacon Robin Waters, our Vice President of Education and Evangelization and Deacon Mike Beauvais, board member and spiritual director for RED-C.
